Six steps from first conversation to regular reports.
Every engagement follows the same accountable process. You approve before anything starts, and you always know what is happening.

Understand
We start with a conversation about your goal, location, timeline and priorities, and what success looks like for you.

Research
We research the opportunity, requirements, constraints and relevant local considerations. Where legal, property or other specialist input is needed, our partners are involved at this stage.

Propose
You receive a written proposal covering scope, timeline, budget, risks and deliverables. It may recommend not proceeding if the evidence does not support the opportunity.

Approve
Work starts only after your review and written approval. Changes to scope or budget also need your approval.
- 05
Coordinate
We coordinate partners and providers, monitor agreed milestones and raise issues early.
- 06
Report
You receive clear updates, reports and recommendations on the schedule agreed in your engagement.

You deal only with Elphos Tek. Our partner law firm, real estate partner and other qualified specialists deliver their specialist work under our coordination.
Reporting
How often we report and how often we visit sites are agreed with you and set in your engagement agreement.
When we say no
An honest answer early
If your request falls outside our scope, we will explain that early and, where possible, suggest the type of qualified professional you may need.
If our research shows an opportunity does not stand up, we will tell you, even if that means the engagement ends there.
